Pros
It was fun to watch the chefs throwing food in the air, and it is possible to make a large tip payout on busy nights with not very much work to be honest. Tips are all shared. Also, the managers were all great. They were just maybe not as hands-on in controlling the environment as they could have been.
Cons
The environment felt very negative and there was definitely the typical restaurant culture going on. There wasn't much management intervention to correct inappropriate remarks or behavior. Also, it took a very long time to close, and everyone closes.
