I am thrilled to share my positive experience working for Stoa Group (and a few pros): Promotions/Growth: Stoa Group has a culture of recognizing and rewarding hard work. They have provided me with opportunities to grow with the company.. If you work really hard at what you do and are willing to take on new challanges and skills, you will go far here. Training: I have been encouraged since Day 1 (I've been here 6 years) to attend training and development classes. I received my CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) accreditation and am able to participate in quarterly leadership meetings and continue on-going education while here. Freedom and Autonomy: One of the standout aspects of this workplace is the freedom and trust given to their employees. I have also been blessed with a great supervisor and mentor who has been instrumental in shaping my career. I do not feel like a number here, but a valued person.
