Great team environment - Vice President Stock & Option Solutions Employee Review

Professional, dedicated, fun and client-centric organization that also very much values the stock admin professionals that work there. A very collaborative group willing to help each other out on those "one off" situations that seem to be commonplace in our field.

It's a small company, so the employee portion of medical insurance costs are pretty steep, The PTO accrual policy is also a little shocking for seasoned professionals, but again it's a smaller organization.

Stock and Option Solutions is hands down the best company I have had the pleasure to work for. The work I do is fulfilling, and my coworkers all genuinely care about each other and helping each other reach their goals. A lot of companies promote a “work/life balance” but it’s rare to have them actually enforce it once you begin working for them. Not only is it strongly encouraged to take time away to spend with family and for your own personal time, the team goes above and beyond to make sure you have the support you need while you are out so you can fully disconnect. This not only allows me to show up to work and be the best version of myself, but it provides a deep fulfillment for the work I do.

I am remote so I do not get the chance to meet my coworkers as much as I would like.
