- "Unlimited PTO" sounds great but when wanting to take more time off, they would guilt trip you and wouldn't approve anything over the 23 days PTO days that we received.
-Minimal to no growth opportunities when you reached certain positions. Someone would have to quit, get a promotion or be fired for you to move up.
- Never got the sense they wanting to retain employees while I worked here, especially after the 3 layoffs I witnessed. They just relied on passion for the business and brand.
- Absolutely no work life balance at all. We would work 10 - 12 hours a day and rarely ever work less than 50 hours a week. Our "slow" period would last probably 2 weeks and it would be back to 10+ hour days. This created a terrible work environment for employees and management. Managers tried their best to be positive, but there was just so much they could do because they were mainly the messengers.
