      Tough work, get thrown in the deep end pretty quickly but also very rewarding. Can be dependent on who your manager is - overall great experiece

      Pros

      Some people are really nice and want to do good.

      Cons

      Management in CIMTO are vile political protectionists. And in Communities leadership they are all looking out for themselves. Self proclaimed best friends who will never be innovative. Money > customers no matter what they say. And as far an individual treatment it borders on malicious and evil. If you’re not in the CIMTO’s “circle” you’ll be targeted. Don’t bother.
