      Terrible management and HR support. Expected to work even when major life events occur like death in the family. Senior management and HR don't take action even after reporting bullying from manager.

      Some people are really nice and want to do good.

      Cons

      Management in CIMTO are vile political protectionists. And in Communities leadership they are all looking out for themselves. Self proclaimed best friends who will never be innovative. Money > customers no matter what they say. And as far an individual treatment it borders on malicious and evil. If you’re not in the CIMTO’s “circle” you’ll be targeted. Don’t bother.
