Not much office space but I don't know if brokerages have much anymore.

Awesome mentorship for new agents. If you have never sold real estate and this is a new career for you this is the brokerage to sign onto. Great coworkers and company social events.

Office fees may be too high for some but are justified with the amount of weekly training you receive.
