quiet work environment, it’s a job

head of marketing likes to take advantage of people’s kindness to do things for him and step on people so he can impress who he wants to impress. he also likes to stab you already then ask you whether you mind of course you’ve to say no bc of the power dynamics.

Work environment is quiet and wish I could say more.

You're asked to work very hard with little to no reward and people come and go very regularly.
