Pros
Plenty of opportunity and great folks to work with. Everyone has been professional, kind and easy to work with. I feel the company has a lot of opportunity in front it to expand and be successful. I'm pleased to be in at this early stage to watch and help the company grow and be successful. The product very innovative and the engineering team seems to be continually adding capabilities make it even more powerful.
Cons
It's a young company and doesn't have all the process and procedures in place yet, but that is also a pro because they are not set in their ways, we get to develop these along the way to fit our needs. We get to be more responsive, flexible and capable.
