      Pros

      Fast-moving, friendly and supportive team members at all levels, upward mobility, currently expanding quickly and intelligently, profitable industry.

      Cons

      A bit disorganized (though they are constantly taking steps to improve this), chaotic busy seasons with unreliable scheduling, run out of tank tops pretty quickly.

      Pros

      Lots of great experience and free rein running a social media page and practicing direct marketing. Management was very friendly and flexible.

      Cons

      Did not receive a lot of guidelines/support from management, had to really be a self-starter and implement a lot of my own ideas. Was also working alone to create a presence for the company at a new school, whereas other universities had multiple employees.
