Last I heard management was getting handsy with subordinates as well. Several people have quit citing these issues, but nothing really seems to happen. It seems HR also let’s information slip out to the rest of the company every now and then. It’s unprofessional, uncomfortable, and completely inconsiderate of you as an individual. You get ahead by kissing managements butt, your hard work means nothing. If they don’t like you for whatever reason, you will not get ahead, even if you have all of the technical and social skill to be a fantastic option for advancement. Don’t even get me started on the actual storage facilities. The people who work in those places are basically slaves.
