If you're serious about having a career in water or wastewater don't waste your time with this company. Management only looks out for their own. That's reflected in other reviews here. The good reviews are made by those in management trying to make the company look good. Seriously don't waste your time. I was chastised for putting in hard work and raising alarms about how poorly the assets were managed, When my concerns turned out to be correct it was made to be my fault instead of the incompetent managers. I can only imagine that's continued from what I've heard since leaving.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, though it’s unfortunate that you feel this way about your previous employer. We have over 80 employees and our goal is to hire individuals based on merit, skill, and passion for the work we do. Our field managers have an average of 8 years experience with Stormtec and much longer in water management. We have numerous staff that have shown drive, potential and commitment resulting in great career progression including moving from the operations into sales and project management as well as achieving certifications in trades plus health and safety. While there are a few family members working at Stormtec, they have as high (or higher!) expectations placed on them and are assessed and managed based on performance. We understand that your experience was challenging, particularly regarding how your concerns were addressed. It sounds like a communications problem. Something happened that resulted in us clearly not being a fit. Our culture of high expectations is not for everyone. We have tripled in size in less than 10 years so we must be doing something right! But we may have dropped the ball with you somehow – we are far from perfect.
