Pros

You will get alot of opportunities to learn no matter what position you apply for.

Cons

They treat you like someone they just can’t trust, implying policies which make no sense and give excuse of “we are expanding” whereas we have seen bigger companies handling their employees and allowing freedom to work as well. - The culture is becoming toxic day by day, according to them no one works on work from home, you can’t take wfh on friday and monday because what if you go on a trip and yes want to leave on time or even 15 mins early, take permission!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. At Story Digital, we strive to create a flexible and empowering work environment while ensuring that the freedom we offer is not misused. We do not believe in strict policies, which is why we have flexible office timings. However, with that flexibility comes responsibility—if someone needs to leave before their shift ends, we simply ask them to inform us. Every company has different working procedures and expectations, and our approach ensures that work remains smooth while allowing room for personal needs. Regarding Work From Home (WFH)—while we do not allow WFH on Mondays and Fridays to maintain consistency and team collaboration, we offer hybrid flexibility for the rest of the week wherever possible. Additionally, if you have been a part of Story Digital for a year, you would know that we provide: ✅ Menstrual WFHs ✅ Sick WFHs ✅ Emergency WFHs even on Mondays and Fridays, when needed. Our intent is not to limit, but rather to balance flexibility with accountability—ensuring that our policies support both employee well-being and company growth. We understand that not every policy will suit everyone, but we continuously evolve based on feedback to make Story Digital a great place to work. We appreciate your time with us and your thoughts, and we will keep working towards building the best possible culture for our team. 😊

Pros

None at all worth mentioning

Cons

The workplace culture is toxic. There is clear favoritism toward older employees, with different rules applied based on how long someone has been with the company. The HR Manager lacks empathy and a basic understanding of employee concerns. There are consistently tight deadlines and constant pressure which makes the environment stressful. Although Saturdays are presented as optional during interviews employees are expected to work, and overtime is implicitly required. Leaving on time is often frowned upon making employees feel judged or labeled as unproductive. The founders, despite being aware of how problematic and unstructured the upper management is, does not take any action or address these issues. Please dont join this company. You will have no work life balance

Cons

Fast-Paced Environment: Story Digital moves quickly! It’s exciting but requires adaptability and a proactive mindset. If you love challenges and dynamic work, you’ll thrive here. High Expectations: The bar is set high, and accountability is key. The learning curve is steep, but it pushes you to grow professionally at an accelerated pace.
