Pros
- Interview was fast. It took them 2-3 days to go through the initial and final interview and to extend the offer. - Great work environment, you work as a team and you will also be able to work and grow as an individual. They don't micro-manage which is a plus. - WFH and flexi-schedule. I like the freedom it gives me to be able to spend more time with family and pets and that I'm not tied down to my chair on fixed hours. I can rest whenever I feel exhausted and just go back to finish all my work.
Cons
- Not really a con, but if you don't like all your activities to be tracked, this might not be the job for you. For me, I don't mind because I really plan to excel and grow within the company.
