      Great people culture with many young bright and talented people.

      Cons

      No competitive salary No focus on talent retention and nurturing (people are leaving for a reason) No clear direction for the future No involvement of management to employee wellbeing No / limited room for growth (employees stuck in roles for over 4 years)

      Pros

      They trust me and take account of my opinions. That's more than I can say about other places. Full remote work is accepted and promoted. And they take care on your balance between personal and work life. Of course, we have to work hard, and achieve the goals.
