      Pros

      Competitive compensation and a high degree of autonomy. A good place to gain experience and contribute meaningfully, though long-term career growth opportunities may be limited in some areas.

      Cons

      Brand recognition remains a challenge in some markets. Origination policy lacks consistency in application, feedback mechanisms such as Citizenship Survey could be more constructive, and employee contributions are not always recognized equally across levels.
