Good people and interesting clients

Office location is not great

There are many very capable individuals that work at SH. I was able to learn from them and received a lot of help generally when I went through difficult times. Flexi-working is available. I liked my manager who was friendly and accommodating. The team overall listened to feedback and often took up ideas to improve the business. The company is overall fair to staff. The company makes and effort to set up team building events and social activities. The team as a whole benefits from John and Adam's leadership which I would rank highly. They both work incredibly hard!

Personally I did not like the time management system which requires staff to put down all chargeable time which doubles up as a KPI. Many get on OK with it, but maybe it is just me but i found it quite stressful. I accept the reasons for it, namely that it assists with charging on the non-contingency basis under which the company operates.
