Pros
Co-workers were nice and easy to work with.
Cons
Minimum wage pay, no raises, no bonuses, no benefits. Don't work here for the money. You will be low balled during the interview. Senior management are extremely difficult to work with. PRs are very strict and don't have clear goals/expectations to them. The average PR takes weeks to get merged due to the amount of changes the senior devs want. Senior devs will also argue with each other and ask you to make changes that another senior dev does not approve creating a deadlock. You will always be given more work than you can handle and management only cares about the stat numbers and how many tasks you completed. Not enough time to finish your work and very strict. You will always be drowning in work and regularly getting pushed by management to do more. The turn over rate is very high as new devs are getting fired/leaving within the first year. The actually product is filled with hundreds of bugs and terrible architecture which will slow you down. Product is difficult to debug and analyze due to the complexity. Senior devs are not the most helpful when it comes to fixing bugs and teaching you how the game works. Most of the talent has already left and you are on your own. I highly recommend to look somewhere else as this is not the place you are looking for!
