Pros
No dress code, decent coffee, occasional free food. Also, the fact that the organization is so small and new means that there is very little bureaucracy, which is refreshing coming from a large corporation. I would say that the lack of red tape is by far this company's biggest strength.
Cons
Where to begin... For all teams except the developers, hiring is based more on how young and "fun" a person is rather than their job skills. There is an extremely high emphasis placed on drinking and eating, so much so that I actually heard it used as an interview question ("Will you come out drinking/eating with us regularly?"). For the recent college grads being hired, this may certainly be a pro rather than a con. However, for anyone with a family or who otherwise does not/cannot go out drinking and eating all the time, it is a huge con, because you end up being punished at work for not socializing enough after hours. I also could not in good conscience write a review without mentioning that a member of management once encouraged me to fudge numbers on a report that was going out to our clients, which I refused to do.
