Pros
There are some nice people working there and some of them very intelligent. You get paid on time. You can get promoted quick but... maybe this is because everyone is leaving all the time. Your going to get the best stamina skills of anybody ever.
Cons
It's advertised as consulting like the big 5 but on my first day I had to get on the phone and call random businesses for 10 hours in loads of time zones with a list of questions. It never changed for the year and I did it 95% of the time. If you want to know how it is you can imagine a call centre run by ryanair - they cut costs everywhere and the office is old and they don't spend money on anything if it can be avoided. This place has the worst working environment out of any graduate scheme I ever heard. You are literally there 12 hours a day and you get maybe 10 minutes lunch break and if you take longer then they look at you like you told them their mum died. If you make a mistake you should expect to pay with a verbal assualt that would mentally scar even the toughest employee. Most are not even mistakes but just because you did it your own way. Teamwork never works at this company because everyone is scared they are going to be blamed for something. There is a meeting on Monday mornings that is 80% blamefest and 20% planning and you better not ever be late. Everyone is basically a recent graduate and there are 2 old guys at the top. One of them has some serious power issues (I think he is bipolar) and he will tear your confidence to shreds. I basically never spoke to the other one and don't know where he goes. After that there is some people that have been there a few years but most senior ones have a call centre/telesales background so it was hard to learn any real consulting skills from them. Your career will quickly go one of 2 ways here - you will be fired or you will quit.
