      people are very nice to work with; lots of support

      Cons

      systems are light years behind the industry making computer work tedious. managers are overworked doing administrative tasks; bonuses are not as large as other companies, even though SC brags about a 6% loss ratio

      Incredible flexibility, some days you could go without even doing work. Pto, benefits. Company trips

      Cons

      Toxic middle management. Executives were oblivious to incapable mangers. LOW pay. 0 Incentives /commission. Company is extremely profitable but little bonus.
