      Pros

      Location, flexible schedule, liked the work I did, remote work, a lot of the work became digital.

      Cons

      Became too corporate, big lack of communication. Doesn't want to train employees. Management doesn't try to learn all aspects of their department, just wants it to be on autopilot. Big turnover in employment.

      Great pay. Nice people and great culture.

      Cons

      Lots of driving and travel locally. 1 or 2 nights of the week you're not home.

      Pros

      Company vehicle, work independently, decent pay.

      Cons

      A LOT of overtime, management preaches a healthy home life/work life balance, but are hypocrites when it comes to actually allowing you to enjoy it after a 50 work week.
