Pros

As an RSR you work 10 to 12 hour days starting until you develop a good routine and depending on your route you can complete your route in 4 days, and time goes buy quickly. You don't have anybody breathing down your back and micro managing you.

Cons

Some routes are more time consuming and you travel a long distance often staying 1 to 2 days in a hotel so that you can finish. It's a lot of work because you have to order your own product and receive it in your storage unit. But the better you get the faster you will become cut down on overnights and if you are organized you can have the bulk of your work done by Thursday leaving Friday to receive new inventory and restock your work van for the next week,

Pros

Company vehicle, work independently, decent pay.

Cons

A LOT of overtime, management preaches a healthy home life/work life balance, but are hypocrites when it comes to actually allowing you to enjoy it after a 50 work week.
