Pros
All the people I have met at SVM have been great! Everyone is very welcoming and the interview process lets you get a better understanding of what the job really is. It is a relaxed, fun atmosphere but the job is challenging and you are expected to make 150+ calls but you can make a lot of money as a sales rep if you put in the effort.
Cons
You have to be comfortable on the phone and be ready to work hard. If you put in the work and buy in to the process you will absolutely be successful. If you dont want to work hard and or dont think sales is for you, you can not be successful in a sales role.
