      The ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      There appears to be a lot of favoritism. The company is built on favorites. If you aren't within their inner circle, forget about promotion and anything else. There is no diversity within their Sr. Leadership Team. They claim to embrace diversity, but they really do NOT. They conducted a culture study of themselves which is a huge no-no. Certainly, the bias was reflected in the results they shared.

      Pros

      As of Feb 2025 this company is primarily remote. They are however going ot more onsite positions. Great culture set by the CEO.

      Few advancement opportunities. Could have more PTO

      Pros

      The work is meaningful and can have real impact and there are some collaborative colleagues who care about doing a good job. Remote work is always a plus.

      Cons

      Leadership is reactive, inconsistent and resistant to feedback. Managerial communication is vague, controlling or dismissive. Favoritism influences decisions more than merit or performance. Poor internal accountability. Talented staff are underutilized or driven out while incompetent managers stay in place or are promoted into roles that they have not earned.
