Fantastic work ethic by everyone around you. It is great to have like minded people striving to do the best job possible. I have worked at Strategy for many years and the culture is fantastic. I plan for it to be the place I one day retire from.

Nothing Negative because slackers and loafers are not hired. It makes the place great not having the dead weight around.

Great Company to work for. Senior Management is good and Friendly. Always busy when Industry is UP.

No Training in place. You will have enough experience to work. Not good for freshers to join.
