Pros
I liked working there. It's a place where you can have a balance between your personal life and work. There is a policy of 3 days of home office and 2 days in person per week, which is very comfortable and good for mental health. Plus you feel that it works. Even though they are aware of being a small-medium company, they do their best to maintain a good environment and that is highly valued.
Cons
Most people are cool. Except for the bosses. One of them is a detestable person that nobody likes. It's a kind a cold environment, Nobody is going to discriminate against you but sometimes you feel that the bosses don't care about you at all apart from the fact that you work and do your things constantly. The salaries are mediocre. Some people are very well paid in high positions but in low positions they are very poorly paid, which generates a kind of constant feeling of inequality.
