Great products that are simple and effective, they address multiple clinical areas (radiation dermatology, chemo, wound care, aesthetics)

Smaller organization, regulatory challenges, earlier a fair amount of turnover, seems to be stabilized now.... very competitive industry.

National Holidays are observed (about 10+ yearly)

No communication, Been here for 4 years and was promoted to an outside rep position. 80% of reps have left in the last 2 years due to lack of structure and unethical behavior from the CCO Jeff W, Porducts are not insured which deters all providers from prescribing, No concrete plan is given to team members to achieve goals, and when any concern gets brought up to CCO or HR that reflect a void in the company, terminations without cause occur. Very ammateurly run company top to bottom.
