Where do i start. Management are racist. Give all RR and RRS to one guy their same skin colour which he sells to the highest bidder. I have witnessed colourded customers being told their cars are delayed when its actully here for management to sell to a new customer who is willing to give them money under the table. New Staff are being sold a dream and then treated unfairly and this is still happening. Feels like a dictatorship and not a dealership. The management need to be punished for what they are doing. Staff to their best to give good customer service but the actions of the managers make it hard. No appreciation for good work. No incentives or even a 'Job Well Done'. Think twice before you decide to work here. Only the guy whos been there for over 20 years will make money and be treated right. Everyone else is treated like a slave. Company is run and owned by a bunch of clowns who only care about making money and not the wellbeing of the staff.
