      I really liked the people who work for the company. The franchise owners were super sweet people as well.

      Just the owner. I won’t say anything bad about the company in general just the owner of this specific branch.

      Ability to build relationships and opportunity for hands on training.

      Cons

      -work / life balance is terrible, they expect you to basically be “on call” evenings and weekends with no extra pay -no room for professional growth -zero benefits -leadership is almost non-existent
