Pros
- A few smart people still there (though they seem to have just gotten in at the right time and coast along collecting decent salaries/mentally "retire" - Founder Scott is genuinely nice and wants to make great work
Cons
- Super old school policies, systems, & ways of working (absolutely cannot compete to what modern agencies provide) - People seem to be leaving in droves - Culture of aggressiveness/snappiness and not holding back tempers (borderline inappropriate when things get stressful) - Promotion opportunities are thin on the ground - Model of having a ton of mediocre account people and then freelancing out most creative and strat means creative share of voice is really limited - Straight up not good work being produced at this shop so if you're early in your career, you won't add anything to your book you'll be proud of - Culture of leaning really heavily on 1-2 people and then things crumble when they leave
