Salary is always late, you can expect it to be at least 20 days late. Once you have resigned , don’t expect your final settlement to hit your account until after 3-5 months. If you are late for 1 minute, you will be given unpaid day and 250 AED fine. Even if you are sick, and even if you submit medical certificates, you’re given unpaid leave. Company deducts 100 AED from every employee staying in company accommodation. Company deducts 150 AED from everyone who needs their salary to be transferred to their bank account. Even if you are complaining a case against them through RAKEZ or Court they are not bothered. Nobody can stop them from doing all this. Its a joke that UAE allows this kind of operations openly.
