Very trusting and fairly open company. They have a good system implemented for getting work done efficiently.

Not a very busy company. Although you will never be sent hone due to lack of work, the fact that there is minimal work to do makes it difficult to train at the company amd learn effectively.

Promised pay was decent. Safety management were decent in helping.

work conditions, they stick new guys under foremen that don’t even speak English to learn. Break room never stocked, etc. regular management treat they’re employees like trash.
