Wonderful group of people to work with who want you to succeed. New management and changes being implemented throughout the company.

Previous management did not take care of the company, new management working on playing catch up to improve previous mistakes.

I worked directly under V.P of Operations Jeff Lovell. He is a relatively new addition to Stride and is an excellent boss. Very capable and great with his employees. A culture change was going on during my time at Stride. Jeff and staff are in the process of turning Stride into a top work environment.

The only con I had was the drive from Akron,Oh but not much you can do about that. I found the supervisors to be helpful and knowledgeable. Overall, I learned a lot and really valued my time at Stride.
