Pros
The technical team is second to none. Their challenge is, direction. Technology updates are done at the whim of executives. Essentially a solution waiting for a problem. Custom one-offs with limited success in delivery of solutions
Cons
Constrained technology forces them to put bandages on clunky software builds that are buggy and hard to manage. The underlying code is a mess of statements a low level programmer could create and as mentioned, this is a tinker toy for an executive who already made his millions.
