Awesome and Diverse Team, Amazing Benefits, and Opportunities to Learn, and A Second Family! This was probably one of the best jobs i've had! The culture of the company is amazing, the CEO's and higher ups within the company always made me feel like a person, instead of another employee in the company which was amazing! they always prioritized their employees and giving them the best they can offer! the marketing team I was a part of was my favorite part! the team is filled with amazing and interesting people who together have been able to really grow and scale up the brand, at a crazy fast pace. When I started there was really no clear direction for the marketing of the company, instead of just grow our social media's and create awareness of the mission Strive was prioritizing, which lead to us just being creative and trying things that we saw worked! My former boss was probably the best part about my time being with the company, he truly cared about me as a person and individual which in my previous jobs and employments, really never happened. He always gave me life advice and work advice, honestly he didn't feel like a boss that just wanted projects done and hit deadlines, he was like a mentor who prioritized my growth as a creative and marketer. The other best part of the company was my former co-workers who really made this place feel like a second home to me! they truly cared about how to help each other out to execute projects, ego-less is something Strive stands for and the marketing team definelty lives up to that. If you have an opportunity to apply for a position here, do it, it might be the best decision you've ever taken.

Nepotism reigns supreme. A leader recently brought the company under a BOP hearing because of their complete lack of intelligence and compliance. But, got a slap on the wrist because she's been with the company for a while and is based out of Arizona. Oh, also the CPO is a board member, no conflict of interest there. The company completely botched a massive partnership because of their own ineptitude and is now using it as an excuse to avoid paying the employees who affect the day to day operations and the actual product while continuing to promote and give raises and bonuses to executives that provide nothing of value. Capping employees at 10% for promotions when outside hires are given a 25-30% better range. Basically encouraging people to leave while somehow preaching loyalty.
