Pros
- Culture is amazing. There is a very close knit team and no drama in the office. There is no air of micro-management and although everyone works very hard, we still have a lot of light-hearted fun inside and outside of work. - Earnings potential are very real and achievable. The commission structure is one of the best around and it means that you can earn a lot of money very early on. The goalposts don't get moved. -Leadership is very transparent and supportive. Recruitment is a hard job but it very rarely feels overwhelming at Strive as there is so much support on offer. -Career progression is always available as the business is growing fast. The team and management will help and guide you on whatever path you would like to take. The whole team is 100% on board with the growth journey of Strive. - The interview process is tough but nothing will be mis sold to you throughout it and you will have every opportunity to qualify the opportunity to make sure that it is a good fit. A tougher process means that you have more faith that less passengers and less lunatics will make it through the door. The people here all work very hard we don't piggy back each other's hard work or rely on other people to get deals done. Everything is a team effort.
Cons
Some people may see the long hours as a con, but you are more than marginally rewarded for them and if you see long hours as a con then recruitment probably isn't for you.
