Great Company to work for - Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Strive Health Services Employee Review

Pros

Very responsive and supportive supervisors with a “team” and “can do” mentality. This is a privately owned small business in Texas that cares about their patients AND their employees. It is almost like a family and a breath of fresh air from all the corporate giants that dominate home healthcare agencies these days.

Cons

The Healthcare benefits are not the best out there.

Pros

Excellent work culture where you feel genuinely valued and supported. The overall atmosphere is positive and collaborative, with an attentive and organized administrative team that handles the behind-the-scenes tasks so you can focus on providing patient care. They invest in professional growth, offering support to develop clinical skills and they are flexible in building caseloads that align with preferences for travel distance and workload. They also do a great job of recognizing employees through appreciation and incentive programs.

Cons

Benefits package could be more competitive, but otherwise I have no significant complaints and would highly recommend this company as a great place to work.

Pros

Working at Strive has been an amazing experience. The office staff genuinely cares about both their employees and the families they serve. I always feel supported, whether I have a clinical question, need scheduling assistance, or just need someone to help problem-solve. I love the relationships I've built with my patients and their families. Being able to provide personalized, one-on-one care and make a difference in their lives is why I became a nurse, and Strive makes that possible.

Cons

There really aren't any major downsides. Home health requires flexibility and travel, but that's expected in this field.
