The pay could have been higher

I enjoyed my time working for Strive. Because the work I did was 1-1, it really depends on who you support. I enjoyed working with the person I supported and we had good relationship. This is a independent job. I didn't see my boss very often and would go to shifts with my client x2 a week in community. If you like self-directed, client centred work, this is a good option.

The only downfall is shifts are short for support work, at least with the client I had. No benefits but pay is decent.
