      Pros

      People are fantastic and working for a fantastic cause. Mental health matters hugely and they care about your well-being. Working from home is a bonus too.

      Cons

      No progression and funding for training. Too many managers within teams and it’s difficult to have decisions confirmed Poorly paid No progression at all or paid training.

      Flexible working is brilliant Warm and welcoming people Lots of change/projects to develop skills Leadership is strong, with is creating a fantastic culture

      Cons

      There needs to be more focus on innovation and creativity for the future Need to have stronger positions on external matters impacting communities Fully remote working organisation - minimal face to face contact with any teams It takes a long time to deliver things
