Fantastic 2 years - Anonymous employee Struq Employee Review

I was part of the early team and was there for a number of years and it was an amazing journey. We grew really quickly through a determined group of people. After proving myself I was given a big role and got to manage people way smarter than me. I was sad to leave after starting my own business but am proud and pleased to see the big jobs people have gone onto (both inside and outside of the company), testament to the development of really good people within Struq. The CEO really developed the leaders within the business in a profound way.

Late nights and lots of hard work. It was very rewarding but as you would expect in a start up, it was hard work which required dedication and persistence.

In my first job after university, who would have guessed that I would be part of a start up that is becoming a global company. Very fortunate to have the headquarters of the business in London, where most of the Leadership team and technology team is. Being based at the center of this company and helping it to grow is very rewarding.

I had never had to do a daily stand up before - I thought it was just for the tech team! Took a while to get used to but is actually a good way for us all to communicate and understand how we can each help one another.
