- hard work and results are recognized - little room for politics driven recognition - in general colleagues are really engaged in delivering on the mission - divisional autonomy allows for specialization and focus on specific therapeutic segments
Cons
Interesting how some of the pros can lead to some collateral effects: - work life balance can suffer as a result of extreme engagement - divisional autonomy can sometimes lead to segregation and inefficient use of resources, specially back office functions
