Pros
Culture of accountability and lot of opportunities for training, personal growth and internal mobility. Stryker is focused and committed to always improving the work place and promoting an open culture.
Cons
Work-life balance is not good, certain "manager" roles are redundant which ultimately affects decision making and time to market. "Too many cooks" in every department and project. Resource allocation and project prioritization are done ad hoc without any due diligence.
