Want to get out of collection business.

Reputation, some lower level employees are wonderful, working hours, flexibility & scope of work.

Terrible "culture", severely outdated tech, dirty and dingy offices (unless you're in management), pathetic "kitchen", incompetent leadership, bully (1) in management, illegal management procedures, staff is paralyzed with fear, or something.
