Pros
So flexible you can work from wherever whenever. Free breakfast. The benefits are okay at best. That’s about all I can honestly think of.
Cons
Where to even begin. Everyone is so busy trying to win in their roles, hoping they don’t get fired, that nobody is working to win for the company. The CMO changes his mind on a dime and is only present when he wants his voice heard. A campaign can be fully baked and in an instant it can all change if he sees a competitor doing something and now we have to do it too. Way too many cooks in the kitchen. Everyone gets a say at the table holding up projects forever. Be prepared for the CEO to fly through the halls yelling when she’s pissed. Nobody knows who does what when. People are promised responsibilities in their roles they don’t actually get to do. There’s ZERO culture. Most people don’t like each other or don’t know each other. There’s a reason the reviews here are a 2.9. It’s not jaded current or ex employees. This place truly is a hot mess. Look elsewhere. Even the working remote isn’t worth the headache of trying to keep your job.
