Avoid - Anonymous employee Student Cribs Employee Review

To make it clear, I am not a disgruntled employee, but want to voice my opinion of working for student cribs. The micromanagement is next level. You will never get time to do your own work as you will be pulled for something ‘urgent’ but expected to also manage your workload on top of this. There is a real sexist attitude and women do not stand a chance of any sort of managerial roles, or their opinions heard. The staff turn around is shocking and there is zero attempt to keep qualified good hard working staff. There are minimal roles with staff with genuine expertise in their area. The office is an awkward awful atmosphere where staff would be expected to stay until late without remuneration. Travel and busy periods also don’t expect to be paid for your time especially in hand over season where staff will be working 25 days + with no time off. Your stress are concerns are never heard, and no resources are provided. Countless members of staff have had their mental health and drive completely ruined. They do not value good staff, nor try to keep them. You are either liked on a personal level so moved up the ranks. Or there will be a reason to be dismissed you or be pushed to the point physically you have to leave. The level of staff who have left with no job lined up says all it needs to
