Pros

* You get exposure to high-profile clients and multidisciplinary projects early on. * The team is international and generally friendly, with a strong creative ethos. * If you’re early in your career, it’s a place where you can wear many hats and build a diverse portfolio quickly.

Cons

* Heavy use of trendy marketing language (e.g., “human-centered,” “co-creation,” “empowerment”) that does not align with internal practices. * Very high turnover due to disorganised structure, unclear roles, and reactive decision-making. * More leads than executors, with blurred responsibilities and inefficient delivery. * Edge of burnout is widespread, including top business and people management. * Staff are expected to perform unrelated tasks (e.g., washing the company car, preparing team breakfasts, modelling for photoshoots) under a casual “startup” culture. * The Lausanne team is young and lacks experience in managing people, projects, and clients effectively. * “Flexibility” often means working outside normal hours, not supporting actual work-life balance. * Employment is tied to project flow, staff may be dismissed when projects end.
