Cons
*NOTE: For more reviews of this company go to the Orange Circle Studio page (which was recently rebranded to Whimsocal). - Leadership, particularly the CEO, is shockingly incompetent and seems to make a lot of reckless and questionable decisions. They seem to have VERY little understanding of the actual work that goes into roles at the company. In turn they show a clear lack of respect for certain employees & under-value many of them. - They set you up for failure with unmanageable workloads/no support, yet are delusional about the results they expect (perfection). - If you do a good job they will try every chance they get to 'reward' you with more work for likely no additional compensation. - Leadership can also be VERY passive-aggressive, patronizing, and rude to certain employees (especially ones they seemingly do not like) leading to a very toxic work environment. I was shocked and disgusted to see how some of my coworkers were treated.
