Pros
Small, friendly with a great way of working and very flexible with my working hours and approach. Development was a large part of what they do, so I had plenty of chances to develop my skills and learn more outside of my job.
Cons
I suppose, as with any other small business there is just so much to do, and hard to have a fixed job description - this can make finding another job quite difficult
