I'm truley enjoying working here since a several years. Even if not everything is always perfect (where is that??) I think the company does a lot for its people but also something important for the world. Helping students to go to study abroad often had such a huge impact on someones life - especially nowadays, broadening your horizion, being open and respectful to other cultures is more important than ever and I feel i am a small part of this
Cons
Like in most companies, communication could sometimes still be better and improved. However, it's not always possible with a growing, international team. But overall i think we are constantly trying to improve and be better.
